Since I have three GoPros now, I can do some stuff like this with some video. I know they aren't as good as a Canon or Nikon but their size and flexibility make it for me.

My friends at Bird's Eye Productions shot this, and they are doing this for people as a affordable service now. Pretty killer stuff and was an obvious blast to shoot. Their website is: http://www.birdsiproductions.com

Also, here's a vimeo link for those wanting a bit more bitrate for breakfast:

Feel free to ask away about the car or share the video!

Awesome vids! I am just curious about the front wheel shook so much when you started the burnout, was it you shaking the wheel do to the sudden vibrations or was it steering component bushing play?

I wondered that too, I remember OP was having issues with the Steeda ball joints. Sick video none the less.

Wheelhop. whole chassis is shaking along with my hands, arms and body. There's no play anywhere after replacing the bushings. I'll certainly check now that I'm paranoid.

I think I have some video (we rendered it in reverse) that has full on wheel hop at 160fps.

Edit: here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7jYaxb94cE&feature=youtu.be

J&M PHB, J&M polyball LCA's, Koni yellows (near full soft at that time), Eibach sportlines, Eibach adjustable bar set to medium, whiteline LCA relo bracket.

It was pretty cold out there when we started (630AM at about 4k feet elevation), the tires were hard as rock which I feel really contributed to the hop. After driving around and warming them up the car was much more compliant.

Oh man, best pictures ever!!!
Are those the stock projectors that came with GT's of a specific trim level? They actually look better with the boss grille than the boss lights do imo.

Showcase videos are rarely worth my time...but this definitely an exception! Really nice work.

Thanks for sharing the wheel hop clip. Really shows how bad it is for the entire car!
