I know you were taught to respect your elders...He may catch you in the future if you're not careful...;)
That's what we are hoping for, he has really improved this year, he was running 8-10 seconds behind, now at 2-4 behind. Main thing he needs now is a set of cast/camber plates as he corded his front tires. We started using Track Addict to compare what we are doing to see where we need to push it harder and where we need to slow down! I picked up 4 seconds when I finally figured out two elements I consistently entered too hard. It is difficult sometimes to slow down, you want to carry that speed thru the corner but getting these big horses to abruptly change direction is challenging.

My 2014 Mustang GT has been hitting high cylinder head temps. I may end up getting a billet type grill but I really like the GT grille. I had an old one that has some scratches that I decided to experiment with.

I figured if the Camaros can have a FlowTie, I can have a FlowStang.

I will probably put a mesh screen behind it, or at least the fog light openings.

Thanks everyone. It's certainly not perfect. It looks best from 6 feet away. Lol. I started with a 7/8" hole saw and a Dremel to do the rest. With lots of flaws where I went too far - or too quick. The outline of the pony was done with a silver Sharpie.

I may also drill out the blocked honeycomb panels on the top and bottom edges too.

I have a Track Night on Tuesday and I'll find out if, and how much, it will help.

I'll never forget when I drilled out the honeycomb Faux fog lites on my Boss using a 5/16 drill bit.The first one was terrifying but after that It was easier than I could ever have imagined....I'm sure that helps air flow and it gives my Boss a more "raw" look........................

Installed new Howe Ball Joints from Watson Racing, changed the oil, tranny and diff fluids, replaced the plugs since I realized I had never done that, cleaned all the tire debris off the body, did a little waxing after cleaning her up, switched to Fall Air in the tires, and cleaned the windshields, all in preparation for the Mustang Roundup in Hastings this coming Thursday through Sunday.

Ran another Autocross on Saturday, finished first in my class, nobody else showed up🤔. Finished ahead of a few 'Vettes so not doing to bad. Forgot to turn off the traction control on one run and was that weird. Feels like I'm driving a vintage turbo car with about a 2 second lag before the engine responds. Step on it and nothing happens and then away we go!
Beautiful weather here in Minnesota, 62 and a clear sky. Beats the previous two years, freezing cold and snow showers.
So back to the track on Sunday for the final run of the year.

Ran the last Autocross for the year on Sunday, finished first in my class, again, nobody else showed up🤔.
Beautiful weather again, 72, steady wind, and a clear sky.
They ran yesterdays course only backwards with a few minor changes. Didn't run as fast, funny how sometimes a section is easier to run in one direction than the opposite direction.
Traction was a little better today, but flubbed a couple of runs.
Another season in the books and a cruise or two before it goes into the shop for the winter and some mods if I end up staying in the frozen tundra for the duration.

Took mine on Sunday for a test drive on some alternative track surface materials (dirt, sand rocks & weeds)
No harm no foul & just in time for post-season garage time and cleanup
