Do you have to take the diff right out to change that cover? What is in their cover that is not present in the '16 and up Torsens?

    Lousy pics from my phone.

New wheels & tires are finally on...just in time for this Friday's start of the Rally
    Project 6GR 10 Brushed Titanium
    305's front & 325's rear
    Titanium lugs from @50Deep
Is it just me or do wider tires seem to reduce tramming?

Added Speedhut engine coolant temp and diff oil temp guages with ATI vent pod (from LMR). These complement the oil temp/psi guages i installed in place of the factory guages. A/C air still wraps around the gauge faces so not a huge impact to total output. I want ALL the gauges with the new motor :)

gtorpedo, can I use a temp gauge with the temp sender from FTBR diff cooler ?

    Those gauges look great there.

    Hella nice!
Is it too much to think that these plug right into a wiring harness somewhere and just like magic you gots numbers?

The Speedhut guages come with their own sensors. Engine oil is in the FP350 pan, oil pressure is in OEM location, engine coolant is tapped into the thermostat housing (to get pre-radiator coolant temps), and diff sensor in the cover. I dont use the FTBR diff cooler tstat or temp sensor (i had a brass plug in place) so the Speedhut sensor will replace that. None of this is “plug-n-play” but its not difficult at all to wire up.

Worked on installing a Fluidyne 2 1/4” thick radiator in my 2018. Install went well except added thickness pushes degas bottle back into my Ford Performance catch can. Still fits just tight clearance. Added 4 quarts more capacity and about 20 square inches of surface area in addition to the extra core row. [IMG][IMG]

Steve, the upgraded radiator looks like a good addition. Were you running into cooling issues in the heat? I plan to add some radiator ducting to my car soon but will be interested to see how much this helps.

I had the same issue when I installed the FRPP radiator in my 2014 S197. The solution was the Moroso expansion tank which was about an inch thinner than the OEM tank. I'm not sure if their S550 tank is similar but it may be worth checking it out.

Thanks for the info Coz. I was looking at the aluminum cans trying to find dimensions. I have the aluminum amoroso on my 2011 too. Austin, I was seeing 235 water and oil temps going into the Hot range at Road America where it was 90 but you are full throttle and high rpm most of the lap. I hit limp mode for oil temp once and I was doing cooling laps during the sessions to avoid it happening again. Since I run the stock oil/water heat exchanger and a Setrab 934 in series for oil cooling, I expect the greater radiator capacity will help with both CHT and oil temps.

Not today, but recently installed new rear lower control arms with BMR BK055 bearings, Mike Maier Inc rear height adjusters with 1300lb/in rear springs, and stock gtpp rear sway bar.

I also had the car aligned after raising the ride height to correct any suspension geometry issues from being too low.

Oh, then I got new wheels. I still have the Apex EC7 with NT01s, but I also took advantage of the sale on Bronze 19x11 SVE GT7 wheels and picked up a set. 305/30/19 RE71Rs will be mounted on them.
