Just about wrapped up for the season in my region anyway and thinking about all the things I can spend money on for the stang before it burns a hole in my bank account.

Also I’ve bought a daily so the car no longer needs to get me to work so it’s full send now. However I do wanna be able to take it on the street in the summer and not wanna die from how uncomfortable it is to drive

So far I’ve got my wheels and tires sorted for next year (assuming the last the whole season)
I’ve got my koni yellows which I couldn’t be happier with however my springs I’m less happy with, I’ve got the eibach Sportline currently but they sit a bit low and aren’t a great match for the konis for our bumby racetrack here in Nova Scotia


SO all that being said what’s the next thing I should do

I want to change up the springs to get a better spring rate that is more and a bit more height and im planning on getting camber plates at the same time cause more camber = more better (to a point)

Been looking into a differential gear swap but I can’t get over how expensive a 1 piece driveshaft is (been seeing them for about $1200 and more)

Any suggestions on what are some good mods moving forward to help go fast around some cones and corners

Sounds like you have a good plan. I just starting running square 305s and it made a world of difference. Maybe upgrade to brembos if you don’t already have them. Also maybe racing seats?

IMHO, I'd spend the money elsewhere, unless you are going WTW racing.
My '16 S550 had 1 pot rears and they were fine. That car was seriously quick, it was also relatively light due to gutting and a lack of factory options. It was the fastest and lightest of all the Mustangs I have owned, it ran a best of 1.33.4 at Mosport on 305/30/19 AR1s.

Some Mach 1's and some DH have 4 pot rears. I *think* the Mach 1's with handling package had 4 pots, my '23 Mach 1 did not have 4 pot rears and it didn't have the handling package. It was fine on track, never had any brake issues and in fact never had to do any service to the brakes. As delivered with the only mods being 305/30/19 treaded tires on Apex wheels It could run high 1.37's at Mosport. It wasn't loafing around but it was nowhere near as fast as my S550.

My DH has the handling package and came with big 4 pot rears. I can't feel any difference with the 4 pots because the rears are mostly along for the ride and the DH is at least 200 pounds heavier than my previous cars. It's a really slick piece, I like it a lot but it is verging on luxo barge territory, it has the feel of a very heavy car. I haven't had it on track yet, don't have enough break in miles on it so far.

There's a limit to how much braking the rear can do once weight transfers to the front. Highly sorted cars need good rears but most cars and most drivers don't. The car can be very difficult to drive if you get too much rear and it can happen in a very bad way. ABS is your friend when that happens.

I had been looking into the gt500 rear brakes that run the same callipers but larger rotor
 
On the stick-axle cars, going to the larger GT500 rear rotors does 2 things - 1) moves the pad/rotor heat generation a bit further away from the axle seals, which may slightly improve their life if you're tracking on courses that are hard on brakes, and 2) give you a bit more rear brake bias, which can (along with rear pad choice) help rotate the car on corner entry during trail-braking, which may be beneficial in autocross on tight courses.

That is what I had been thinking. My thought was if the front brake upgrade was that amazing the rear job must be worth it
