Wheel sizing help

I was looking at the Varrstoen ES1 (BBS LM replicas) in 19x9.5 square (255s now, maybe 265 or 75s in the future). When I inquired about proper offset to accommodate the Brembos, I got this:

The sizing we have that will work best is running 19x9.5+22 all around with
a 7mm spacer in front. It would depend what tire size you wanted to use. The front being a final
offset of +15, it will be very aggressive but the good thing is that you can
camber out the front.

Does that sound right?

Maybe I have this backwards but with a 22mm offset AND spacers those wheels will stick out so far they probably won't clear the fender. If those wheels need a spacer to clear the Brembos you might want to look for diffeent wheels.
