Why choose the Boss over a used Z06?

I have a C5 Z06 I purchased mostly for track duty. First thing I realized when I picked it up is that I'm getting too old to be getting in and out of cars that are practically sitting on the ground. For that main reason I prefer the Boss as a dual purpose car.

The Vette will remain track oriented.
