Winter Time

What do we do over here on the left coast when we cant hit the track in the winter....well...we it the track in the winter! This is what we do in the winter time to handle the cabin fever. Yes our car is....ehhh...was.. Tom Celica (Hellicat....white convertible)....and yes we were one of the catastrophic failures!! This series is SOOO much fun, if you get a chance to come out...dont miss it!!

Track events in CO can be tricky any time of year, but I never signed up for any winter events when we lived out in the south Denver area. I remember driving back from Pueblo after a NASA weekend event may years ago and it started snowing in CO Springs... that was a LONG and sketchy drive home. I think this was in early Oct. You just never know out there.

That happened to me this year heading home from Pueblo Motorsports Park to Brighton in early April. Cold and light rain/snow turned into a snowstorm between Pueblo and Colorado Springs. My first experience on a cold damp track and driving the car hauler in a snowstorm. Fun tymes indeed!
