X vs H pipe

From what I've seen, the x pipes usually pick a hair more but it's not enough to warrant basing your exhaust decision on. Go with what sounds the best to you 8)

Ya I was just curious if anyone had done any real tests. We are currently looking at a Full kooks system, 1 7/8 long tubes, offroad H, full 3" out the back to Kooks mufflers.

Love the sound and it is suppose to make decent power. Where I live there is no vehicle testing so I dont have to worry about failing with the offroad pipe.

Here you go. This is what I was referring to in my first post. Basically no difference just sound preference.

That was a nice writeup, did not see that one before. Good stuff to be found over there. That is also the first time I have even seen an increase with the Airaid, not much but something. As for me I am happy I went with the X-Pipe, while the power gains are close it is more free flowing.
