The difficult part is doing them on the car. You need a pair of needle nose vise grips and a pair of regular needle nose pliers to install the wrap rings to cut the time down to a few minutes vs 40 minutes fighting the rings.
Time to resurrect this thread with an update. The previous set of boots were the wrong size. I found the correct sizing and test fit them on a spare set of PP lateral links I bought. I bought the blue silicone boots from a vendor on ebay. Look for "21x45x33mm" in the search bar to find them...
Slight update. Moog doesn't sell them and won't identify their source of supply. However, they are called a "ball joint wrap ring boot".With that I did find a dust cover by stretchcvboot.com in their X-Large B4 size which covers:
