Not bad for my 10th time sitting in the car :D Wanted to see how it would do before selling. Sooo much more left in it, if I were to ever get comfortable with the platform.
With all this back and forth, and I'm probably over simplifying here: Our OEM fan shrouds do more harm than good?
Also, I'm comparing AJ's wing and splitter to aero on my other car: you guys are VERY fortunate. It's much, much more expensive to get a tested wing/splitter on my other car. Almost...
In my other car, I use 30% more, but it's turbo charged so needs a lot more fuel.
Relevant in the way that you will use more, but not 100% more.
My R is NA and hasn't suffered any knock, so luckily I don't have to worry about e85 any more. It's a relief. I ran e85 for 5 years in the other car...
That's seriously impressive. Of course, these are street cars...I'm jealous of the quick shifts and being able to down shift any time you want (even mid turn). Man, that's nice.
Just bought the car so took it out to test.
Buttonwillow CW13. 2018 350R. All I've done is camber plates and 305 square GYSC3Rs.
I'm pretty happy considering i am still trying to figure out tire pressures, alignment settings, and other setup parameters. Still slower than my old car, but I had...
The main bit of advice I would give to anybody using e85: try to not let your cars fuel system be exposed to air if you can help it.
When I opened up my fuel system on one of my cars to swap out the fuel pump, I went back in a little bit later and found corrosion all over the fuel pump hanger...
As per any harness I've ever installed, the shoulder strap needs to be at a certain angle.
But....
I just looked at the inspections again and it's looks like you are right: you don't need the same angles as a regular harness. I CAN use the higher mount on the C-pillar. Crazy!
I'm gonna go fix...
I assumed there should be no difference in pans. It would make no sense. The spot where it looks the female side of the buckle mounts isn't threaded on mine (it's possible I was advised to use the wrong spot). I did find a larger hole to use that was in close proximity. I even lucked out and had...
Holy crap you upset easily, don't you? Apparently I should have made the "LOL" bigger. The 350R doesn't have the same rear seat belt mount points the non R has.
I had to get creative. But thank you for your input.
Where I ended up:
I found ONE shop to resurface the OEM rotors. They have plenty of life left. Most places either couldn't fit a 15.5" rotor on the lathe or didn't want to do them because of the cross-drilling. Apparently it can break the cutting tip.
Rotors done.
I still plan to order a new...
