  1. A Second Boeing Whistleblower is Killed....Sorry "Has Died"

Mr. Peanut with as much evidence of misfortune befalling those who present any resistance to the predominant powers that be there can be no doubt that things "seem" to happen to those people, It has been a methodology used for millennia. Generations have said that "These are strange times that...
  2. A Second Boeing Whistleblower is Killed....Sorry "Has Died"

True. But, I will hold to my belief that the world where he and his fellow whistleblower have gone to is not the place where those who circumvented the proper approval system about aircraft door design, should they be guilty, are going to go.These types of things do cause one to stop and think.
  3. A Second Boeing Whistleblower is Killed....Sorry "Has Died"

Thank you, Ewheels, for posting this. I have no proof that this man's death was caused by anyone or any group of people. However, his circumstances, as well as another whistleblower's, does cause one to think. This does not seem to be so unusual these days as there are many other people who...
  4. Yeah, that was smart..

I don't own a $1.5M car. In fact, mine might not have made a down on one. But, I have never felt that I needed to do a donut and hotdog out of any get together. I am more annoyed at the damage to the car than this chumps wallet.
  5. Tire Purging Tool finally back in stock

One might use this to evacuate the air in a tire before refilling with nitrogen I think. Might also refill with helium to reduce unsprung weight?
  6. S550 Is this correct? (Front Sway bar)

I just installed a set of Steeda sway bar end links at all four corners. When I removed the factory links the L/F ( drivers side ) link was bent about 1/16”. I am the original owner and no one else has driven the car but me. I have no idea how the link got bent. Both front links were installed...
  7. Tornado hits Willy Da P's house , but there is even worse news............

You are both safe. All else can be replaced. You guys are in my prayers.
  8. Brakes for Noobs

Welp, as things would go I did not make it to an HPDE event last year due to having a shoulder blow up and having to have surgery. I am now back in good enough shape. I think.Anyway, I have the front calipers off and I have 6mm of factory pad left on both sides. I also have new rotors, pads...
  9. Tesla Sales down , 20% stock drop!

Are you sure that Big Brother wants anyone to have a range of 1000 miles? Although I agree that the market will dictate the direction of hybrid or EV markets I have reservations about us being allowed more freedom of movement. There seems to be more emphasis on concentrating the citizenry into...
  10. Oil Cooler Setup, Thoughts and Questions

It’s an infection that I have had since before I got my DL. I have never owned a car or truck that I have not modified, and sometimes extensively. Also have never owned anything with an automatic transmission. My wife has but not me, and I just had that realization about 3-4 weeks ago. Geez! Now...
  11. Oil Cooler Setup, Thoughts and Questions

I have some questions. I have already purchased the Harrop oil cooler kit. I also have the FP water pump sitting on the bench w/a Riechle 170 degree thermostat. Additionally, I am about to order Race Louvers and ventilate the hood. My goal is to start with HPDE and see if I end up with a serious...
  12. Project Super Beater

Yikes! I’ve got skin just like that. Can’t wait to have to do that job.
  13. A little history lesson

There is one of these engines on display at The Cobra Experience in Martinez, Ca. It is well worth the time if you have any interest in Cobras. Should I ever get back there I will put a bit more diligence into studying it and take more photos.
  14. More awesome news out of DC

Ditto, Bill! Even though I have not yet put myself and my car on the track ( soon to rectify that ) I come here to get a break from some of the other forums. I appreciate the maturity and the wealth and depth of real knowledge that exists here.Agreeing on every subject would be boring. You...
