Removing Rusty Camber Bolt

So after installing new camber plates I’m getting plenty of adjustments and decided to remove the camber bolts.I installed them a couple years ago but now they’ve rusted and look like crap. I spin the nuts off and the darn top bolt won’t push out, spins around easily enough if you take the weight off it, but will not pop out. Getting frustrated,I grab the BFH and wack it a few times and nothing.
Anybody else ever run across this?

The eccentric/cam part needs to be aligned to pop out. Try wiggling while pulling it as you move the strut/flange.

Three things need to be in perfect alignment to get it out. The spindle 'ear' hole, the strut flange hole and the eccentric lobe of the camshaft.
