Is there any advantage with the single unit FR shifter vs the 2 piece (upper and lower shift box) MGW shifter? Looks like the throw percent reduction is better with the FR shifter, but is the 10% worth the extra $$$? Any opinions on the Barton shifter?

I know the supplement book to the Boss says to wait till you have a 1000 miles on it before you take it to the track, but is this still the current recommendations? I will probably show up to the track just rolling a 1000. Any suggestions for the first timer?

Whats better.... an AED tune or the Trak Key tune? And if you do a custom tune on the silver can you still use the TheTtrak Key tune that comes from Ford?
