  3. Routing Brake Cooling Ducts - READ EVEN IF YOU ALREADY INSTALLED THEM!!

    Thanks, great info. I have the Ford Racing kit but haven't yet attempted to install mine yet. Did you need to shorten the length of the cooling hoses at all, or to cut or remove any of the plastic wheel well liners?
  4. FS: 2012 Kona Blue Boss in NC

    Thanks for the tip! I've met some of the Carolina Mustang club guys at various car shows, Cars & Coffee, etc. but I need to make it to the local club dinner meeting. I really don't want to advertise this on Craigslist :-\
  5. FS: 2012 Kona Blue Boss in NC

    I've decided to put my 2012 Kona Blue Boss up for sale. I am the original owner, purchased at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC. Car has only been driven in rain once (on the day I picked it up from the dealer, naturally) and has been stored in an insulated garage. Never driven in snow or salt. No...
  6. Opinions on selling...

    Michael - Interested in the Cooltech bolt in clips, and possibly the (2) RaceTech Pro Ultralight harnesses (and Schroth bolt in loops) if they are 2" wide shoulder and 2" lap belts. Thanks!

  9. Oil Temp Sensor Location

    I apologize if this question has already been answered elsewhere on this forum, but is there no factory oil temp sensor as part of the OBD-II engine electronics? My 2006 F150 dog/tow vehicle has an Edge programmer http://www.edgeproducts.com/ and one of the readouts is oil temperature (along...
  10. Track pad recommendations

    I'm curious about the recommendation of a different pad compound for front versus rear. I really like the PFC 06 pads (front and rear) on my long-time BMW E30 track car (I guess the 08 are an improvement over the 06) and the race shop recommendation for that car is to use the same pad compound...
  11. Brake Fluid flush

    Don't waste your money on that Harbor Freight bleeder. I bought one a few years ago. It seems to spray out a fine mist of brake fluid in the exhaust air, which is just awesome for your paint job. :oYou are better off with either a hand vacuum pump like a Mity Vac or just the old school method...
  12. Barton shifter bracket review

    I know this is an old thread, but I was hoping someone could weigh in with an opinion. I just installed the Barton two-post bracket in my 2012. Frankly I did not notice much shift quality improvement, but at least there was no noticeable increase in noise or vibration on the test drive (10...
  13. Aeroforce Gauge

    I have not investigated this option, but I've seen (for other cars) a temp sensor built into the oil drain plug, which would certainly be a lot easier to install (and remove, if you sell the car). I know the bulk temperature of the oil in the pan may be lower than reading it at other locations...
  14. Wounded Boss

    Now I'm confused.... ::)
