Kinda late to this one, but I bought the airbag simulators from Kohr Motorsports.https://www.kohrmotorsports.com/product/ford-seat-airbag-bypass-resistor/
Thank you Sir, There are alot of builds on here that mine pales in comparison to though. Right now I just want to get this thing on track. At least soon the weather will be co-operating in my area. I used to live in PHX (I miss it so much).
Ya, with the stock size steering wheel, you have to "pretzel" your way into the seat. To be honest the smaller diameter race wheel, I don't need to remove it to get in, but it still makes it that much easier.
Probably for the last 7-8 years. It kinda started with the Autoart Viper GTS-R's. I couldn't even afford one when I was a kid, so I made it happen later, and it turned into this. 😂 . I have pics, and a documented list I keep on a cloud for insurance purposes. Just sucks to remember to update it...
So I was able to knock out some of the stuff on my previous post's list. At this point I am starting to think I may have like a record on TMO, for longest to actually get their car on track. I originally had signed up for it's maiden trackday back in Sept 2019. Ended up breaking a rib karting...
Thanks for the feedback gentlemen. I had seen some pics of setups with the can in the truck, but it's good to know I shouldn't need to do anything different.
