The reason they didn't have the Shaker hood option on the 2012-13 Boss is because the Shaker System is forced induction and SVT wanted the Boss engine to be naturally asperated. Plus, how would they fit that shock-tower bar? Just my 2 cents.
Pick it up at the train yard if you can. Don't let dealer wash or wax it (do it yourself). Keep all papers. Keep plastic covers. Inspect for defects (you only have one week). Do not install the front license plate holder.
That's debatable. GHIG could be the rarest. And, to collectors rare means desirable. I think the 2012 Tri-Blaze will be more valuable than Comp Orange. Same story here...
