What did you do to your Boss 302 or S197 today?

It's on my list! It is actually the only element left to pick up. I am waiting on my Triple Titanic HE (along with bigger lines/fittings and pump) from DOB, and have a big gnarly custom hood vent from Race Louvers sitting on a shelf. I want to install them all at one shot. Thanks for the...

Got the all-season's out to start getting ready for winter. This signifies the end of my track season, which is sad, but it, along with Black Friday, also signals the opening of mod season! It's all about cooling upgrades this year.

    Track day with TVS.......

And that is just supportive therapy, not a cure. I track a 2013 GT500 with stock power and cooling. The only time I have cooling issues is in the hottest part of summer, spring and fall are good to go. It also took me a while to be pushing it hard enough to have any issues at all.Just go do...

For all considering 305-wide tires w/ stock suspension

Yeah, my experience is limited to RE71R's. The tramlining is nowhere near significant enough for me to abandon the 305's for what they provide on the track.

I run 305 square on the street. I noticed maybe a small increase in tramlining, but other than that it's fine. I have not driven in heavy rain yet, though.

    Joining the 300 club!

I got wheels/tires/camber plates for last winter's mods and, like you, was just ecstatic about the improvement. I have MCS dampers and Vorshlag's GTS spring package going in next week. I will let you know if you will like it or not.

    What are the odds?

What are the odds? Is that a rhetorical question, or do you want to do the math?

Griggs and Cortex offer kits for their rear CO's to allow for 315's, but it involves even more money and welding, I believe.
