fyi Make sure the dealer is using a laptop with windows xp on it. It will not work with any other operating system. per the instructions on trackey.ford.com. if that isn't the web address search this forum. when you get there it has the step by step instructions dealer should be using.

trackey.ford.com faq indicates only 1 track key for the car. But I believe that if you lose the red key you do buy another and have key programmed but won't need rebuy the whole trackey programming.

wow you mean like what comes on the regular boss, that would be much harder to ground out than the bigger splitter.

Just to confirm my Boss LS came with one gray key and one red key, programming was part of the purchase once the "code" comes in for the software.

I was just about to ask the same and also for the brake cooling ducts , ford parts as on laguna seca, bought my car from dealer after someone backed out, Dealer installed ducts and splitter and of course threw box and any instructions they came with away.
