Black 2012 Boss hood decal needed

Cool, thanks. On your '13, were the stripes reflective? I have a friend with a GHIG '13 in need of stripes
Well they have a bunch of colors [color table here] (promotorstripes doesn't have an exact match for the black '13 Boss' silver stripes) but I got matte black. (My car is a '12 Boss transplanted into an '11 chassis.) So my car is black on black. Is it reflective? I'd say no. I was reluctant to add the stripes at all but EVERYBODY who knows me and who helped me build the car said it wouldn't be right not to put them on. One of the few benefits to my car not being an authentic Boss car anymore is that I don't need to worry about maintaining it's authenticity, and I prefer the car not to be too flashy so, I got the matte so that you can really only see them up close. From a distance you can't really see them. Might change my mind at some point though. I got the '13 stripes instead of the proper '12's b/c the '12 stripes look a little gaudy to me, especially on a black car. Course I wouldn't have done this if I was in the original chassis. Here's a photo of my matte stripes under the sunlight where you can see them. I only did the sides.

Nice, car looks really good
Ty, sir. My donor car was a white one just like yours. So if I remember right, matte black is actually the proper color for your car, right? I think you can still buy OEM '13 stripes but they're ridiculously expensive. The OEM '12 stripes are unobtanium now I think. But aftermarket stripes are super cheap so it's easy to just experiment with those.

In gloss black. My installer suggested to have them cut it in air release/dry apply vinyl, so I did this. Dry apply is much harder to apply but my GOD did he do a great job; I am very fortunate. The decal itself looks fantastic and matches the OE side decals perfectly.

FWIW, their customer support is fantastic, above and beyond. They do a lot of officially licensed Ford decals too.
