Last year I found an older Spec Iron car for a song so I bought it and put it in a trailer for a rainy day. This last weekend a buddy comes over and says he has gen 3 coyote with 59k on it he is looking to get rid of. Thankfully he owed me some money already so just the excuse I needed to start a new project. I only know what I have read about track prepping a coyote so I am looking for some better direction. First this is just a track toy for me I'm not going to be w2w racing or even time trial. I am just trying to make it as reliable as I can. I assume I need to replace the timing chains and tensioners and guides, oil pump and camshaft gear, add boss alternator. What else while I have the engine on a stand? TIA
