Heard the debate on here and seems the pros are ok with it.

Assume it can happen no matter how stiff your front springs are

Think its more to do with droop travel within the shock absorber.

You can't stiffen the front of the car to get rid of that, you'd have to soften it....a lot.

If you're internally topping the damper much at Sebring, you'll blow it apart. You're not wrong on the droop travel part, but it's really more of an issue of stiff front spring and soft rear spring (Yes, I said it, again). Even if the front is somewhere around 3.0 Hz (relatively soft), then you're going to have about 1" of static deflection. If you're going fast and the car is rolled over and squatting, the inside front is coming off the ground. The only thing you can do to stop it is slow down or stiffen the crap out of the rear (which will slow the car down in its own).
