Been driving the car a ton, it’s so much different, I can’t wait to get it on the track!

I have an autox Sunday and a 2 day track weekend the following weekend.

Tomorrow she goes to the tuner, I’m curious to see how it does!

Love the tow rig!! Which shop do you have tuning it?

What does he drive?
Various Porsches from his work, a few BMWs he has owned, but I think he sold all of them (except one with a GM LS engine) and just bought a Honda S2000 with an aftermarket roll bar and front splitter and wing. Don't shoot me. I am just the messenger. He came very close to buying a Mustang GT350 this summer but decided not to pull the trigger. He's in his middle 20s and enjoying cars, but he said he wanted something less expensive for a toy. I can hardly fault him for that.

Premier in Midvale

Thanks! It doesn't get used for towing much anymore, it's more a fun cruiser these days.
In NC the closest track was 3+ hours away so it got used a lot.

Good deal, they dyno tuned @RodS197 and his new bullet definitely runs strong. Hopefully see you next week - and let’s both stay off the flat bed this event!!

That is an excellent plan!

Numbers were in line with what I hoping for, 409 to the wheels, but the nice part is that it holds that number for 1000 RPM, very happy with that, give me a lot of room to run the car before needing to shift.

I am considering getting another 3rd member with 3.50 gears, I have 3.25 now which I needed to tame the torque, now I’d like bring the speed to RPM relationship down a bit to gain some torque out of the slow turns without going to 2nd gear.

Ran an autocross today, the new set up is going to take a little learning to get used to.
Overall very happy with the car, the lot is a very slick surface and I removed the rear sway bar to to see how it reacted, not happy with that.
My sway bar is a 24mm, I’m going to order an 18mm tomorrow, hopefully have before next weekend.

Anyhow, the car feels much more balanced and the power band is very useful. The handling was a bit unpredictable, it oversteered in sweepers and understeered in tight turns, I’m attributing this to the surface and the lack of sway bar.

I had never run before so I don’t have a comparison.

A couple of videos from today, my phone is really not good for these videos, I'll be getting a go pro next season.
Unfortunately my tires are cooked so I won't be able to drive tomorrow, really bummed about that.
