well I'm making a run of 3 of these bad boys at a discounted price mainly for feed back track testing and fitment use.
Being prototpyes there maybe some modifications on your end for proper fitment and use.
two version available just like my splitters a street version and a race version.
the street version is the main rear part dimension are 33" x 14" with 5 fins three middle fins are 12.5" x 5" and two end fins are 8" x 5"
the race version adds additional panel in front of this one to extend to make a flat bottom to further help smooth out the air flow, it is 21.5" x 23"

-Please note that the race version is consider "Off road use" as it will require you to remove the charcoal canister this will also need to be tuned out from your tuner to avoid check engine lights.
you can relocate the charcoal canister into the trunk area as well.

Pricing
street version $210.00 plus shipping (normal price $310.00)
additional race extension panel $40.00
Paypal only

How does it physically attach to the car and what needs cut for installation?

Yours has the 2013 GT500 style exhaust so I assume it works with the quad tips.

The front side mounts to the existing tab underside of the spare tire area that the charcoal canister is mounted to. the rear is held in place with to simple L-shaped brackets that use a through bolt on the body sheet metal above the mufflers in existing wholes.
I will try and get some more pics of the mounting areas.

So do I need to trip the GT500 rear diffuser? Looks like in would need to cut it up quite a bit.

Yes you would need to cut the center section where the two points drop down on the sides before the exhaust tips exit. Can be tedious just take your time cutting, I know it can be nerve racking to cut the valence but it allows for the valence to fit snug and not sacrifice to much clearance.

Will this fit a '12? I am interested in a functional diffuser.

Steveespo

That's what Im selling these prototypes for testing on 10-12 body styles I know they fit the 13-14
you can always start with the shorter street version and go to the race style. Please note if you race competitively I Believe these are not legal to run certain classes as its not a factory option. just FYI

Here is a little update of how it is mounted on my 13 Gt with GT500 valance.

here is the L bracket that mounts to the existing body tab there is already a whole there from the factory. you will need to lower your axle back to make it easier to install unless you have a round style muffler that allows easier access.

The front of the splitter is held up using the factory tab that the charcoal canister mounts to. same U-nut and SS screw that holds your front splitter on.

And here you can see what I cut out and on the rear valance sorry not the best cut job.. :'( As you can see it will take some work on your end to properly mount but in the End you will have a true rear diffuser not a fake one like the factory that actually acts like a air scope then anything.
