Not sure how they bleed the system. Is the TOB stock?If they are doing the suggested 50-100 pumps of the pedal to bleed the system, that may be your problem. Apply vacuum to the reservoir when bleeding/pumping worked for me.
thats the biggest thing I hate about these mickey mouse hydraulic clutch cylinders, you have to pull the trans to shim them, it's stupid, it is also harder to power shift, give me a cable or linkage any day (see full post)
