Yes, everything was clocked properly. I think that today I will turn the bar over. It seems to me that it will create the clearance that I need. (see full post)
Which specs should I be carefully analyzing, and by what standard? <---- I am not really sure that the specs would mean much to me. Can you educate me a little? (see full post)
Forging is a better process for a race wheel but I’m sure there are less well designed forged wheels which are inferior to the flow formed wheels.Unfortunately even as an engineer you might not know which are truly better without taking your...
Though I have owned a bunch of Flow Formed Apex wheels and had super luck with them a change in the last few years has caused me to primarily recommend their " Forged Wheels." The Flow Formed wheels used to be knurled on the outside edge of the...
Does it drop 3 seconds off the lap time or not? "Complete garbage" would not do that. 3 seconds is like going from 200 tw to racing slicks. If the answer is not, makes no difference, then, well, ok, garbage. Is that the case?Is the GC set... (see full post)
It’s often said that forged wheels are lighter and stronger, but I think more accurately they are lighter OR stronger. Check out the Apex specs carefully, plus their Enduro line of forged wheels.Billy Johnson wrote an interesting article a... (see full post)

There are two mount points of the FP struts. The end links are mounted to the rear mounts on both sides.Camber plates are brand new. Strut nuts are properly torqued w/locktite.
My first simple change which should straighten the angle on the drop links so the joints sit more in the middle of their range.More concerning is this brake hose though. Please replace it. Its not worth the risk of it failing.
What did they torque them to? And what did they re-torque them to when they reinstalled the wheel? I would replace them since you know they were compromised. And may I suggest ARP studs, I have been using them for as long as I can remember(+=45... (see full post)
Well now u got me worried and stressing. My next autocross in the 28th so if I need to replace the studs let me know. Gemini says that if you hand hand thread a new lug nut onto each stud and the studs don’t look like they’re getting thinner at... (see full post)
The bar in your photo has welded solid ends attached to a hollow bar. All the references i have found to your part number mentioned in your first post look different. The BMR website was playing up when i looked at it a few hours ago. Was looking... (see full post)
