412 at the wheels prior to the changes.Due to headers and tuning? So he had already exceeded his prior flywheel number at the wheels, and now he has added more at 453 horsepower at the wheels, and once the injectors are in I bet this goes up... (see full post)
😆So I see US spec was 435, Australian was only 410. This is at the flywheel. So why was GAR944's car doing that at the wheels before these changes? And now he is at 453 at the wheels. (see full post)
Just be aware that we have the PP2 package as standard so the larger brakes. The 18's need the right barrel shape to clear the caliper body and spoke offset for the caliper face.
Have a close look at the step in the barrel... (see full post)
I think you are making this too hard. You have cost effective access to custom offsets so get the 18x11 and be done. I use 295/35-18 on my S197. It’s the same on your newer car. There are few tires in 285-18. Most seem to be 275, 295, 315 at... (see full post)
To be fair to " The Ted " the Nordschliefe of America is treacherous during the day and I can understand why the turnout was light for a night run - I personally would not have any interest. The track is actually quite fast in many areas though... (see full post)
You initially gave me his information and I did talk with Jono over 12 months ago about this project. Funny guy. Given the whole road car saga and sticking with the Ford ECU meant he couldn't do anything otherwise he would have been my first... (see full post)
This is my Dyno after the Power Pack 3 install. RED is OEM. Blue is Power Pack 3. EU/AUD cars have less power torque is in NM. Power in WHP. (see full post)
I am not super familiar with the 5.0, but those numbers seem low to me, no?my car is actually tuned by a gent down in your neck of the woods, Jono at JPTuning. Not sure he tunes stock ECUs, but he has my car running better than any tuner I... (see full post)
Consider the fact that you really need the Gen 3 bottom end (12:1 compression) and E85 fuel to get to that 500 WHP numbers most of the Gen 3 cars make with all the goodies. In your case I think 440 WHP should be somewhere around the maximum. That... (see full post)
My current problem is i have headers, ported Cobra Jet and the L&M intake cams. Fuel is our 98 which is US 93 i think, its our premium.
I expected to loose some to my stock manifold down low but not as much. It should be on the dyno at the moment... (see full post)
I think you are pretty much bang on the typical numbers assuming you do not have headers and Lm intake only cams etc. Headers/LM cam would help the midrange as well. My local shop and AED in the US, say that 500Hp is very normal with Headers... (see full post)
Engine found, and it's local.
It's a 2014 with 80k miles, fully dressed for $6k out the door. Now to start collecting the rest of the parts, get the harness and ECU PATS deleted, biggest thing is the power steering, I've been wanting the Boss... (see full post)
ArizonaBOSS, I should have took the time and looked at the writing on the wires. You are correct it says quicktimeperformance.com. I found the other end which wasn't connected to anything. My BOSS does have a factory side exhaust set up. I... (see full post)
