Thanks for saving me $600 on Apex TPMS sensors for my race wheels.. Now, is there any way to disable the light or is that a black tape item? I have sensors on my street wheels but i'm usually too damn lazy to swap and just drive home w the 200 TW rubber.

I actually bought ford TPMS for my Apex wheels and when I'm on street rubber I live with the light who cares about TPMS on the street. But the PSI data is really valuable on the track. If I have known that the stupid ford ecu can only work with 1 set of TPMS i would have moved my street TPMS sensors to the Apex wheels and save the money for second set.

Get yourself a Motorcraft TPMS Reset Tool TPMS19. It allows you to retrain the BCM to recognize the (OEM) TPMS's you just installed on the car when you changed wheels. You start the relearn with a series of taps on the brakes and the start button and then go around the car and trigger each TPMS in turn until all four are done. Takes about a minute.

I did but the TPMS reset tool looks like to work only with US spec TPMS's mine are EU spec. So I need to figure out what is the correct reset tool and where to get it. But as I said I don't care about TPMS data on the street.
