So I ordered new strut bolts a few weeks ago and I find out that Ford changed the designed to non splined bolts. Also for struts with elongated top bolt hole, I designed a camber lock in CAD. There is someone in one of the track FB group who is...
Camber plates are the best way to go, though I use both camber bolts and plates (for upto -4.5 degrees) . Lots of good options in camber plates! Can you order from Amazon or Ebay?? When you say splined bolts, do you mean like these BMR camber... (see full post)
Terrible.... leaves me speechless. living for a large part of my life in a third world country、 am always ready to assume the worst of people. But have to say never lost a thing here in Chile. Often would race by myself, with out a pit crew, and... (see full post)

There's a guy not far from me who'll put one of these engines in just about anything you bring him. Primarily trucks, but cars too.
For sure I think understeer is going to be...
What diameter tires are you running?? I found the 315/30-18's make the 3.73 a little short on the MT82 gears. But it will depend on your track and power levels. In my case I really only use 3rd, 4th and 5th, and that's with a Calimer stage 3... (see full post)

Every time I see (saw..) a competitor show up with some new Michelin slicks, I assumed he was going to be quite a bit faster then usual. I do know that the Michelines are about 1.5seconds faster then a new set of dunlops in the 911 GT3 Cup series... (see full post)
I would be wary of the Hawks if you are going full out. For example the DT-70 pads temperature range 400-1600°F - Optimal 700-1100°F. Compare that to the Gloc R18 with a range upto 2100F. Have seen some very messy results on a friends car with... (see full post)
Maybe you can find some castoffs?? I found that used Dunlop 300/680-18 slicks gave me the identical lap times as new 315/30-18 R7"s. My attic is full of used Dunlops waiting for a return to the track one day. (see full post)
