I overcooked this somewhat for my liking, but since I was sharing with Holly it was a bit of a sacrifice for me.

1 1/2lbs USDA Prime ribeye from the local grocer butcher.

Here’s my wife’s favorite side that I make with pork tenderloin. She calls them “magic potatoes”. I make mashed potatoes, but when I mash them I mash in caramelized onions, heavy cream, jack cheese, butter, and s&p. Fill a ramekin and top with mild cheddar, bake until toasty.

The garden tomatoes are really starting to come in now around here.......it's grilled cheese with sliced tomato (don't forget the oregano) and BLTs til further notice.

Sounds like our house. Unfortunately, I don't have anywhere for a garden, so we have to bum fresh tomatoes from the neighbor. There is just no replacement for a fresh home grown tomato.
