MMR has this oil pickup tube that allows use of a GT350 or 2018 pump on older Coyotes/Roadrunners

I would avoid that part.
Adding a kink in the pickup tube likely negates some of the benefits of the 2018/350 pump by adding opportunity for aeration and giving up the smooth bend that arguably flows better. The pump originally had the pickup coming straight up into it in the 350 and 2018 pans.
If using traditional coyote pans, my recommendation would be any given billet pump, if you want more pressure look at the frpp pump or boundary pumps (as the bypass spring and gear clearances have a lot to do with operating pressure)
