No, checked that. The Engine is slightly Right, I might get another mm if I moved it to the extreme, but any subsequent movement would incur contact again.

ARH marketed these as GT350 Headers. Frustrating!!

I just installed a brand new set of ARH headers and exhaust on my 18R and I have more clearance than my 16 when I had the first set ARH made.

I have not seen evidence of them hitting either side on mine. I daily drive and track it. I’ll take another look again. I’m running GT350 specific 1 7/8 diameter ones.

@8250RPM So they either have a quality control issue, or have changed the design. Not impressed.
As I said, my first set was the prototype set. I had the very first ones they made.
My new pair that I installed on my 18 R provide more clearance.
If I were to do it again, I’d keep the stock headers and go with a GT4 exhaust. Which is what I tried to do, but they refused to sell it to the public.
The headers themselves only add about 10-15 rwhp. Not with it imo.

I also haven’t had the contact you’ve shown to have.

@Kevin Guzniczak I had no issue initially on track. But had a pro drive it and am now driving it harder, and there's definitely contact. I have no doubt that daily driving would be fine.

I used them on the Boss. No issues.

However, I definitely wouldn’t install on the stock GT350 with the FPC.

I’m running CPC.

Solid mounts with 90 degree V8[emoji106],with 180 degree Voodoo be prepared to replace cracked block. The Coyotes with solid mounts and rubber transmission mounts are practically NVH free compared to stock mounts.

Spent the weekend at Gingerman with NASA. This was the first race event without shakedown issues. Ran Hyperfest at VIR in May, but had rear axle temp issues and had to back off to finish the race 3rd out of 5 in ST2. Race 2, lost the top coolant hose halfway up the esses, and managed to keep the car on track after the rear tires got wetted down!

Race 1 in ST2 at Gingerman this weekend was a case of to finish first, you first have to finish, as several other cars had issues. Race 2, I was running second, when the first car spun off, in a questionable move from a SU car. Another fortunate P1.

Perhaps the best race was the last. By now there were only 2 of us in ST2, so we both decided to run SU (There was only one car in ST1). As a result of the class change, I was gridded last, in P11 for SU. Took 4 places on lap 1 and finished P2 in SU class and P3 overall.

Great weekend, but lots to do on car and driver improvement to get close to the best cars and drivers, some of who had unfortunate car issues.

Congrats. What were your best lap times of the day?

Not fast enough to hang with the fast guys: Low 1:37's on Friday, on an open track on very old tires. Low 1:38's in the races in traffic.
