Thanks for the compliments! I checked times at other tracks and dont quite measure up! I’d like power, but unfortunately i think life after the V6 Mustang will be a lighter car like a BRZ or Miata. I teach high school and bought this as a used rental car not knowing autocross and track were things us mere mortals could do
I have two sessions at vir. On my old re71r autocross tires i converted to track to burn down I have a 2:16.83 and on my traditional track tire, the 220 tw michelin pilot sport, i had a 2:21.32.

On 3.55 gears and the short 18 tires, I’m out of 4th gear at 123 mph. That shift to 5th gets me to 4200 rpm and I’m dead. But I’m in a 3 pt harness so high speeds arent necessarily better? I think some 285/35/18 RS4 are in my future.

My Daytona time should be pulling up the rear too. This was with a 3:27 clutch pack LSD and 275/40/19 michelin pilot sport 2 on 19x9 performance pack wheels.
