Wounded 2013 Boss

This was at the dealer when I took mine in for alignment. Threw #1 rod thru the side of the block. Note small hole beside oil cooler.

Sounds like he might have grabbed the wrong gear. The rev limiter doesn't protect you from bad downshifts.

They did not know what happened or even what year Boss it was and the worst thing was all the parts were thrown into a big pile on the work bench. I feel sorry for the guy that gets that car back.

I guess a blown engine was too much to bear for this owner as it looks like he sold it back to the dealer.
