The photo was part of a news article on the accident. Now posting the VIN is another matter as now with a Google search you can easily find who the member was.

Whoever owns that car probably feels bad enough already & doesn't need any more grief. Very poor judgement on his part. Most of us have "been there, done that" to some degree in our lives, without those tragic consequences. Just glad nobody was seriously hurt.
