New price. Dealer is buying it early next week if I don't have a buyer. Will be removing all the mods and dealer is buying it for 25,700. Someone save me the hassle of removing the gear and jump on this crazy good deal.
Car was purchased 11/12/13.
$26,750. (nada used retail is 32,750)...
The only Boss I have ever seen is at a track day. I have seen quite a few Shelby's but no Boss on the street while living in Ct or the last two years in Northern NH.
Mine whined as well from day one. The car only has 4,500 miles on it and the dealer said "the whine is normal". When new if I got on and off the gas it would clunk and clang. My guy said it is a bit of an art to getting these just right. He would not give me an estimate as he said sometimes...

Be sure you are not trading one poor shifter for another.
Here are test comments in the latest Autoweek GT Model review.
The stickshift is better than the previous model, but the linkage feels the same or worse to me. A few times I was trying to make quick changes, just to miss a gate instead.
I have the blowfish racing one. Very well made and designed. And Blowfish is a site supporter.
Installed it on my own but needed a friends help dealing with removing the front bodywork. Easy to do though on my GT. See my sig pic.
Nuts that Ford does not include one like most.
