I have a 3650 behind my '02 swapped Gen1(Mustang) and track it. It holds up fine, except for one big bummer....it HATES shifts over 6-6500rpm's! I'm researching now to find out if the TKX would be a better mate, or if, the 3650 can be modified to handle that rpm. Otherwise, it's fine.
The entire season was a crap shoot. From drivers to TB's and even the biggest FUBAR, race control. No consistency with each race being "different". Not sure how different, but they were. Both teams and drivers did what they needed. I do think that RB had better/luckier pit strategy the entire...
Aluminum. Light weight vs. wood/steel. I use an Aluma 18'. Ramps pull out the rear, not side. btw, lifting steel ramps gets old fast. Or, you can get a tilt option.
Well if you're not worried about trying to get bolts out that you didn't clear access with your tool, you'd still be R&R'ing it and rotating the flywheel to access those and lock it in place again. Or, you can find a buddy to help you. :) Please don't take this serious, it's not that hard to use.
Not the same package as you ask about, but I've used their DF setup with an ATC flywheel for years. Both on my F5 Cobra and my '02 SN95 GT. I can say it has never failed me. Both cars see HPDE track time.
I've been using a one-piece 3.2A/5 for years, with boxers and tee and it's fine. Just for HPDE and track days, but it's my life, even use a NecksGen. Not too hot in CA temps but much better than what I see at tracks where some groups allow: shorts, tees and no gloves!! That picture just doesn't...
