Rainy, gloomy,cold day so far...........it was warm, low 70's, the last couple of days...........today starting out and staying in the low 40's all day..........warming up for the weekend, but with rain moving in for Easter Sunday...........Little Acey Boy is still too young for an Easter egg hunt this year, anyway.........................I gotta get my horseradish ready for those hard boiled eggs!!!!!!!!!!!...........Nose burn, here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!

So true Bob as my hiatus from the track had me realize that it’s what you can control in the brain versus what’s not in your control around you. Those that know the photo I’m posting know what it’s like to figure this out after some learning.

Son flew down to Miami Sat with a few of his running buddies for an endurance race.....supposed to back today but missed their flight last night.........no comment from the peanut gallery......................I enjoy my vacations in my backyard for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
