It’s weird what AI interprets sometimes.Dude, what's with size of the hands? It's like the AI was trained on pics of lobster claws.
On the plus side, torqueing to 90 ft-lbs would just be "finger tight" with that right hand.
Thank you. I always try to do a nice job....You always have a well turned out Beast , and I knew you had TMO on your car. Some would attest that it might be the fastest running billboard for the site!
Just about everywhere. Nice bit of info. Surprising actually.SOMEWHERE on here
SOMEWHERE on here we had a discussion on oil temps.....not sure where that is so I'll post this here.
(a side benifit of following my thread)
Mind blown.Yep, 300F oil is fine. Nascar also runs 250F water temp as the standard. They don't get worried until 290F or so, at 30-35 psi.
There was one I was looking for specifically but gave up rather quickly and posted it here instead.Just about everywhere. Nice bit of info. Surprising actually.
The testing temps are wild.
E15 at 98 octane, though.Yep, 300F oil is fine. Nascar also runs 250F water temp as the standard. They don't get worried until 290F or so, at 30-35 psi.
I'm on e85 and my water/oil temps are in the very low 200'sE15 at 98 octane, though.
For those of us running 93, or you poor souls stuck with 91 . . .
I've been mostly gone. I haven't raced my S197 the past 2 summers. Plus most everyone here has moved on to S550s and 650s.On a separate note, nice to see you around again, you've been missing for a while or have I not been paying good enough attention?

"You're a decent guy despite what all your competitors say, haha"I've been mostly gone. I haven't raced my S197 the past 2 summers. Plus most everyone here has moved on to S550s and 650s.
I've been racing Legends with my son. It's actually more fun crewing for him than driving. I had my heyday. I tried hard to race for a living but ran out of talent and money. And this past year hasn't even been about Legends its FSAE which is a college school formula racing. I've relearned a ton a vehicle dynamics helping him learn it for the first time. And now they have a running car built from scratch. Its pretty wicked, 600lbs, all carbon body, 70hp and about 500lbs of downforce at 50mph. The competition is in a couple weeks at Michigan Intl Speedway. After that we'll be back to ovals.........And thanks for noticing. You're a decent guy despite what all your competitors say, haha.View attachment 110006
