Wow, middle of February. That means 9 weeks to RA with NWSC. I got some things over the winter so here goes - GT350/GT500 center instrument gauge cluster that has the oil press with oil temperature. Stock came with lower pressure range & a vacuum which doesn’t make sense. Got a semi-pro set of nylon/plastic trim removal tool set to help in dash taken off procedure. Got a WIDE pair of driving shoes, ZAMP brand. They fit great, my other ones were just an 1/2 size bigger RaceQuip and were way too narrow. Short fat feet need a bigger toe box and the ZAMP’s are the ticket. Also got the FP (M-9601-G) blue hi flow air cleaner to replace the stock yellow paper. Well, I knew it was an Airaid unit but for some reason thought it was a Ford Performance exclusive item. Got the package and lo and behold, it has the Airaid part # 863-399 and in a stock Airaid box. Ford charges $90 while Airaid has them on their website for $65. So flame suit on for not knowing this but if others were unaware as I was, here it is. Maybe I should search TMO better or DuckDuckGo more often. Hope to have parts installed soon and those new shoes mashing the 3 pedals come April at RA !!

Just started reading this and the guages intrigued me. I got a 2019 bullitt and the oil pressure guage doesn’t read high enough and the vacuum guage is stupid. What all do you have to do to get those guages functioning? Are they plug and play or do you have to modify anything? Thanks!

Recent dental surgery has prevented me from putting the summer tires on the mach1. Dentist said “no heavy lifting” and he meant it, don’t want to mess with his program. So car still on jack stands, that sucks but those wheels are 64 lbs. each even though I have a helper, the purple gadgetry. The photo was from last year, should be able to duplicate next Tuesday, hopefully.

Thanks for asking, no modifications required, plug and play. If you have the digital gauge, you can compare the two for pressure. From what I heard, Ford didn’t install a “sensor” for oil temperature as the new gauge uses parameters in CAN BUS and I believe they’re “smart” units.
Sorry for the 3 week delay @steveespo. Yes, the gauge cluster was plug and play. The oil pressure mirrored each other, digital dash & “analog“. So I figure if the pressure was same, oil temp was accurate enough to trust it. I know Ford uses a combination of metrics from different sensors to arrive at a gauge reading so somehow the old vacuum wiring is “somehow” now related to oil temperature.

I will check the wiring diagram but it must be that the gauges are "smart" and are connected to the CAN BUS and when the correct signal is detected they pick it up an display it. I will order a shelby gauge pack. thanks

This is what I ordered. Some sites have a “core” charge for what ever reason. I bought for like $240 shipped. Not that it mattered to me, this cluster doesn’t support “my color”.

I need to get me some purple gadgetry. I struggle with wheel changes since back surgery.
After installing the mustang wheel/tire setup in the beginning years ago, I thought there has to be a better way to save my back, calipers, rotor and cooling deflectors. I was at the dealership about my other car & they were “skating” a disabled car around with these 4 gadgets. Damn, there it was. Got mine on Speedway Motors and it’s a “left hand” single. Don’t need 4 with a holding rack so I went with it. It is a “GoJak” model. I made a spot in the car hauler to lug it around to the track in case I need to go for dry to wet tires. If it flows your boat, make sure you get the wide one.

I was looking for something that not only holds/centers tire for mounting, but can help me stack them 4 high.
Made my own out of a lift table and 2 bars, on linear bearings mounted to the table. Can even stack
a set of 35's (which I was surprised it held that much weight without flipping over). Works with 4 post lift too.

How high does it go up?
Okay, here’s what I measured.
The car is on jack stands so 10&1/2” to pinch weld rail
Rear wheel center of hub 14&5/8”
GoJak @ it’s highest 15&3/4” to center of wheel (315-30-19) so
GoJak highest with tire on its rollers is 2&3/16” from ground to tire
This works for me because I need to lower the tire/wheel 1&1/8” to fit it on the studs.
Hope this helps. I know it’s only 2&3/16” lift but again, works for me.

Sorry for the long delay but, yes, the GT350/500 center gauge cluster is plug and play.

Blackhawk Farms Raceway - beautiful track repave, totally the sticky advanced race asphalt !! Damp morning and nice dry afternoon made for some great track time. If you’re in the area, you must go there soon !! I run 200 TW tires but can only imagine you track people with slicks !!
