Sounds like a nice arrangement. Holly and I have agreed that I cook and she cleans. And she usually cleans as I’m cooking.
I do very well on the Weber but can’t come close to what Debby does in the kitchen with cooking and baking. If I’m helping in there, still gotta ask where this and that is located so at least, I know where it goes back to after cleaning. I love her cooking but baking is where she shines. She makes the best cinnamon rolls, pound cake, cookies, pies and butter horns !!

Late start to the holiday weekend…

Poppers and cream cheese and Colby Jack cheese stuffed smoked brats…
Yummy !! I like your take on the brats, haven’t seen that style !! Up here in Wisco, just grilled brats, onions, mustard on a Sheboygan hard roll is the standard here. They never disappoint for sure no matter how you serve them up.

Agreed! I’ve never met a brat I didn’t like. I usually boil them in beer and onions then grill them. I saw this recipe somewhere a few months ago and thought I would try it. They were pretty good. The only thing I will do differently next time is use my normal popper stuffing recipe which includes a can of chiles in adobo sauce.
