This week is IMSA at WGI including the Mustang Challenge. My FR500S will be on display at the Challenge paddock. Ford agreed it was appropriate to have the father of the new Dark Horse with the new cars especially since I live nearby. I dropped the car off at the track tonight. Unfortunately I won’t be able to spend a lot of time there as I have a prior commitment to the Special Olympics. If you are at WGI this weekend check it out and give me some photos of the FR500S on display.

On display at the Mustang Challenge paddock. The crowd loved it. Everybody likes the S197 body style.

Cones - not just for ice cream
Congratulations on being selected by Ford for such an honor. Car looks amazing and it's a good reminder to folks that the Dark Horse R is not the first factory race-ready Mustang from Ford.

@jaylarold thank you. The Challenge team said far more people took pictures and selfies of the FR500S than any of the new cars. The Challenge team pulled out mid day Saturday they were all done. I could not get there till later in the day so they gave the car to the Aston team to watch over. When I got there the FR500S was sitting between Aston and Lamborghini. Fans were all over the Mustang. Nobody looking at the Aston or Lamborghini cars.
