My 2013 BOSS has these wires coming from the passenger side fender. Does anyone know what they are for?

ArizonaBOSS, I should have took the time and looked at the writing on the wires. You are correct it says quicktimeperformance.com. I found the other end which wasn't connected to anything. My BOSS does have a factory side exhaust set up. I removed the wiring and threw it in the trash. Thank you for your response.
