I made a couple of brake duct screens and it take about 10min. a piece. I got the screening from the garden section at Homey'e. After a couple of tries I found it easiest to mount it around the outside, trim it, shape the edges and wrap duct tape around it once. I was able to fit the hose over it and tightened the hose clamp down. It holds tight and it's not going anywhere. I also found a plug that fits well. Here's a couple of pics.
Now I need to install everything along with the brakes and do the fluid swap
