I have a complete Kook's exhaust system for sale that was recently removed from our 2013 Laguna Seca prior to being sold to a dealership - who preferred to have a stock exhaust system.
This system is absolutely unique because it is the ONLY Long Tube Header system that I am aware of that will NOT trip the O2 light on a Boss 302. Some of you may recall that Cool Tech worked closely with Kook's to try to find a CAT solution that would not trip the light in the Boss 302 cars. Both the standard cats and the (+$400) upgraded "green" CATs that Kook's sold would still trip the check engine light. Cool Tech ultimately worked directly with the CAT converter manufacturer (GESA) and they shipped us a custom made cat system - which worked!! However, Kook's made the decision to NOT come to market with this solution because it was simply perceived as cost prohibitive. These CATs would add $850 to the cost of an exhaust solution and Kooks believed that no one would buy them.... or maybe not enough people to make it worthwhile.
So, this exhaust system includes the Kook's long tube headers - all stainless steel construction but which we also had fully ceramic coated for maximum heat supression. Then the unique CATs (with the O2 bungs, of course). Then the Kook's Boss 302 H-Pipe with the provision to keep the side exit pipes, then the long, 3" mid-pipes, and then the Kook's mufflers. I'll sell this system as described, complete, "as is", and shipped (48 states) for $2200. In my view, it would cost you more than $3500 to replicate this set-up. Email me if interested. I also intend to advertise this system locally so let me know if you are interested.
