If you're just putting it on your own car, there shouldn't be any issue. But Ford has sent a "Cease and Desist" order to vendors selling "ghost cam" tunes to Mustang owners.

I guess Ford has a patent pending on this. I thought I read that Track Key will eventually be available for regular GT's as well. That could be a reason why Ford is warning off tune vendors.
