@FilxNZ Considering putting a Torsen in my car and recently saw this video. Thought it might be a possible culprit for your brake judder issue (if you still have it).

Hat tip from one salvage BOSS to another :)
Thanks for that, interesting info. My brake shudder was resolved with new rotors and pads. Though I have killed those now as well and am thinking it's time to go to the 6 piston Brembos.

it's time to go to the 6 piston Brembos.

As long as you have a aggressive pad you will love them!! Cheap and a really tremendous amount of stopping power from high speeds. Because you will have a longer pedal travel, you need the aggressive pad to make up the difference.

It's been a hectic year since the track tour and I realised I haven't updated this thread, so I thought I might just a bit of a picture dump and a few comments about the last 12 months with the Boss.

The tour was 12 days around New Zealand including the 4 track days. This is roughly the route we took (not including the leg back to Auckland on the map h

The road drive is at least 50% of the enjoyment, especially in our appropriately named "South Island", which as you can probably guess is to the south of what's helpfully called the "North Island". Here is some random shots from the road with some friends in the two M3s and the GT350.

Will update on some more pics when I next get a bit of time :)

What a fantastic car adventure and I know we are all looking forward to more pics, more stories about the epic drive , and tales of the tracks.

PS - did you guys leave any beer left for the folks in the towns you visited, ha?

Actually a few more road pics quickly. The pics with the snow are at the top of the Crown Range which is a mountain pass between Wanaka and Queenstown. It's an absolutely amazing road, though 200TW tires and cold temps required some caution.

Stopping at gas stations also became a regular activity 😝 A lot of the time we'd roll in with a large group of other cars on the tour and the look on people's faces in small towns when a bunch of Porsche GT3s and various other track orientated cars roll in was awesome. A bright yellow Mustang isn't something people see every day and kids absolutely love it, loads of friendly waves and people come and talk to you everywhere you stop.
