A bit of unexpected news from Ford Performance this week as they released details on a newly redesigned CJ manifold. I watched a video from this same IG account where the Ford Performance guy explained the tooling for the original CJ manifold was “used up”. (Maybe that’s why the casting was so poor??). Here’s some screenshots of the new unit, which should be available in the new few weeks. 1320 Junkie is already showing some pics with the top removed for porting, and I think Bret from AFS is ready to roll as well. Glad to see a new option instead of the old style just going away.

The original CJ will already fit under some S550 hoods. Just lower the motor some (which you should do anyway).
