QTP electric exhaust cutouts

I have a set of Quick time performance boss 302 electric exhaust cutouts on my car. If someone wants them, I'll take them off the car tomorrow. Price $160 shipped USPS to lower 48.

Does the side exhaust stick out a little now that the QTP is placed in between the pipes? Also do those wires hanging lead to a switch in the car or is it remoted activated?

The cutout replace the spacer so the side pipes position doesn't change. I don't have the remote just the switch activation.
