the rears on a Dark Horse handling packs are 11" but also the tire is 315 isn't it ? Otherwise that tire would have served very well as a rear tire was my point.

Yes, he was running 305 on the front and 315 on the rear, the tires Ford puts on the Dark Horse with handling package. 10.5" and 11" wheels. The Trofeo RS 315/30R19 could fit up front with an 11" wheel. It has a very narrow tread width compared... (see full post)

I don’t think any of the 200tw are really in the same league as the PS4 or conti EC in the wet. In the real world, at 80 mph on the highway in the rain, those are my top picks. (see full post)

Yipes! But the "cut" is on the inside of the tire. Damage to the fender well liner looks to be to the middle-ish/outside-ish. No damage to oil cooler!

bnight has the magic formula we have all found --- square means quite a bit better life with a normal rotation procedure. With a Mustang those tiny tires up front just are not up to the dive under braking going into a tight turn.......can you say...

He has the Dark Horse, with 10.5" wheels up front and 305 Trofeos. So, while it is staggered, it is not like the GT performance pack staggered, and the front wheel and tire is nothing like the regular GT tire size. The rear on his Dark Horse is... (see full post)

The front and rears are staggered right ? This is why I run square tires when my fronts start looking like yours I just move them to the back !

Knowing that tire compounding can be different for the same tire around the World I will only say that the PS4 will not keep up with any of the new, hot 200 TWR rubber , especially on an autocross course. It is a great tire , but decades old and...

Sorry to veer completely different here but sine the OP is talking Autocrossing the 4S should not even be considered as it is not competitive for this venue when compared to the top choices. I would steer towards the following tires if running...

My suggestion was based purely on the request for a real street tire that can do it all. My BMW friends report that the BMW OEM PS4s version on our tracks matches used Slick tires on pace and a friend of mine who happen to just bought a new G87... (see full post)

I currently run PS4 on my 08 Bullitt and RT660 on my Roush. If you want a true street tire, the PS4 is hard to beat. Back when I was getting used to my Roush I ran against someone that had 200TW tires on his car on day one of a 2 day event and...

Ahh @Bill Pemberton your competitive nature shines through, love it. From the limited information it appears to me he is looking for a stock size replacement on a car that has no setup from what i can gather from his profile todate.Whilst i...
