I ran lockouts in 2021 - car lost a lot of low end power and torque - like 75hp. but the power band was super fun on the road course. Not super fast, tho.FWIW - I run the L&M Engine cams and we didn't see any issues with VCT under any...

I'm so sorry that I've not responded sooner, I'm helping a small race team get organized and it's pretty mentally draining starting from square 1. 1. I haven't scanned for codes since I did that mod, but it shut the airbag light down cold. I'm... (see full post)

Howdy Blacksheep, I’ve been reading through your Super Beater build and a few of your other S197 posts. I’m building a 2009 Mustang for Club Spec Mustang/HPDE use, and your car is extremely close to what I’m doing I have literally all their...

I agree, it seems that the 8.8 is under vented, It probably wouldn't hurt to run 2 vents, in my car I picked up one of the little plastic vent valves off of another diff in a scrapyard, and use the vented cover as well. FWIW, the guys running the... (see full post)

Not sure about that part. I've never experienced that myself. It could be your vent is dirty/clogged? Super cheap part so might be worth replacing as a just in case thing. Then again, it'd probably clean up easily enough if it is clogged.I...

Unfortunately JLT was bought out by S&B Filters years ago so the JonseSpeedLab link is bunk. For whatever reason, S&B Filters discontinued a lot of JLTs products. It looks like JonseSpeedLab just don't update their website when a part goes out...
